Mother's Day Out Program
The Mission
The Mother's Day Out (MDO) Program is an extension of the Christian Education and Youth Program of St. Paul Lutheran Church designed for preschool age and younger children. The goal of the MDO program is to provide a loving, caring, nurturing education experience for children from 9 months through age 5 (pre-kindergarten) in a structured environment
The Program
MDO will provide a structured program based on weekly units of age appropriate Christian and academic studies to children ages 2 though 5 years. Creative activities will be offered to give children the opportunity for self-expression and socialization. These creative activities will include arts and crafts, stories, music and songs, and chapel time. For infants through 2 years of age, activities to help develop sensory, small and large motor skills, and self-help skills, such as eating, dressing etc., will be introduced.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from
9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
St. Paul’s MDO Program will
generally follow the Hondo ISD School Calendar. We will be open almost every Tuesday and Thursday, unless Hondo ISD will be out of school. Here is a list of the holidays and significant days that we will be observing
during the school year.
Thanksgiving: MDO is closed the week of Thanksgiving
Christmas Break: MDO Starts Christmas Break with HONDO ISD calendar and is closed
Spring Break: MDO follows the sane Spring break as Hondo ISD

Tuition
Tuition will be a flat monthly rate of $160 per child for Tuesdays
and Thursdays. If a child attends only one day per week, tuition
will be $80 per month. There is a once a year supply fee of $100.
